Peaceful Warrior Yoga Studios is a manifestation of a vision by the studio owner, Beth Brussell, in response to the community's desire for an authentic classical yoga studio.

All of our instructors are encouraged to share their individual styles and personal/professional training experiences. Each instructor holds required certifications in the classes they teach.

We embrace everyone as individuals in mind, body, and spirit.

Beth Brussell

Owner & Instructor

Welcome to Peaceful Warrior Yoga Studios.  I decided to open my own yoga studio, with the mission of creating a safe tranquil space for adults to practice authentic classical yoga together. I personally selected each yoga instructor to complement one anothers' individual styles and training experiences. I am so excited to introduce them all to you!

 

If you have never practiced yoga before, it's never too late! Please give it a try and come join us.  Blessings!

Hi there, my name is Michelle! During the course of my yoga journey, I’ve learned to have fun with yoga. I enjoy incorporating fun music with my flows and love to encourage my students to listen to their bodies, take breaks if need, and let go to have fun. Yoga has a special place in my heart and I can’t wait to share it with you in the studio!

My name is Alan and I began teaching yoga in 2019 and have an extensive background in weight training, Military calisthenics, martial arts training and yoga training. In my classes, I enjoy emphasizing the important of breath, control and the mind body connection. Looking forward to seeing you in my Warrior Flow classes!

Hey there, my name is Enjoli and I began teaching yoga 10 years ago. I’m so excited to share my love and passion for yoga with all of you! I specialize in Kundalini Yoga, several types of meditation & Mindful Movement.I love incorporating sound, intention, vibration & frequency into every experience I create. I can't wait to meet you. My name is Chris and I began teaching Tai Chi 23 years ago. I’m excited to share this gentle form of exercise with our community! Many of my students have found Tai Chi to be one of the best ways to combat stress, ill health and aging. Join me in a my Tai Chi classes to enjoy a meditative flow!
